
Filippa Chatzistavrou
Philippa Chatzistavrou studied law in Thessaloniki. She quickly realized that it was not just the legal aspect of politics but also the political aspect of law that which appeals to her. In Paris she found many things that she was looking for. She attends lessons of political philosophy in Sorbonne and she is completing her PhD on political science. Her research focuses on critical political sociology of European institutions and European governance theory. She loves teaching. Her two children bear Greek, French, and Spanish ancestry and reminds her every day what real Europe is. She loves Fernando Pessoa.
